Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney allows for the voluntary appointment by a Donor to a trusted responsible person (Attorney) for legal and financial matters. A Power of Attorney can be for a specific time frame or can continue until the Donor revokes it – if they ever wish to. An enduring Power of Attorney additionally specifies the donor’s intention that powers granted are to “endure” despite subsequent mental infirmity on the part of the donor.
